ran at the gym.   it was strange to get back on a treadmill after running outside so often.  I ran a mile at 8:45 pace. then on at 10:00 pace, and then the last on at a 8:25 pace.  8:45 and 8:25 are both by far the fastest mile I have ran.

I hated being at the gym and on the tredmill without anyone to talk too.  Oh well...I did it!
