i went to the gym today and did upper and lower body strenghth training.  i am hoping that if i do more strength training then it will improve my running in the future.

ran 3 today on the treadmill.  3 is easier than the 5 i did on tueday, but 3 is still hard for me.  just waiting for it to seem easier.  trying not to get discouraged, but wanting to see faster progress.  i think one reason it was hard today is because i did so much strength traaining yesterday. hmm.
